Workforce Program

The Workforce Comanche Nation is responsible for the administration of the Workforce Investment Act, an employment and training program funded by the Department of Labor. Workforce Comanche Nation concentrates on fully developing the academic, occupational, and literacy skills of enrolled tribal members. Finding workers who possess soft and technical skills necessary for new and existing jobs presents a challenge for many employers. The inter-linking of Indian and non-Indian programs are structured to meet the needs of employers.
