Transit Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Holiday Schedule

The Comanche Nation Transit does not operate on weekends or the following holidays: New Year's Day, Comanche Constitution Day, President's day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Comanche Chief's Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

How to Schedule A Ride

The Comanche Nation Transit makes designated stops and arranges "pick up points" according to the schedule. If you need to schedule a ride for Monday - Friday, you can contact the dispatcher and tell them your name, address, phone number, schedule pick up time, and your destination. The dispatcher will call the next available Transit Driver to pick you up. When your schedule is approved, it is your responsibility to inform the Transit office the day you will not be riding the bus. You cannot continue our services if you have (3) no shows according to the days you were scheduled to ride. The Comanche Nation Transit has a two (2) minute waiting period upon arrival at your pick up site. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Dialysis Bus (wheelchair)

Wheelchair passengers should allow the driver plenty of room to deploy the ramp, upon boarding (ramp extends approximately 3 feet from the bus). Drivers will assist wheelchair passengers unless a family member is assisting the individual. Drivers will assist wheelchair passengers into the vehicle and secure them once they have boarded. When you have reached your destination, the driver will assist you out of the vehicle.

When boarding the Comanche Nation Transit, present your fare to the Transit driver or show your bus fare ticked to the driver so it can be validated. You must pay before you enter the transit, otherwise the bus will not leave.
