Optometry Program

We strive to provide a friendly, helpful staff, offering personalized service to help satisfy our Comanche Members eye care needs in a clean, contemporary facility with a pleasant atmosphere to comfort their needs.

Eyeglasses Assistance Requirements:
Certification degree of Indian Blood (Comanche CDIB Card)
Picture I.D.
Valid eyeglass prescription (Not over a year old)
Completed an application

Participants can get assistance up to $100 towards a pair of eyeglasses inside our facility or receive a voucher to any optical vendor of their choice. Out-of-Area participants can send all information into office through mail, fax, or e-mail.

The Diabetic patients need to get in contact first with the Diabetes Awareness Program before coming to our office. All enrolled Diabetic patients can only get assistance through the Diabetes Awareness Program.

No reimbursements on eyeglasses will be allowed.

Transition Lenses

Transitions everyday lenses are designed to enhance everyday visual quality while preserving the health of your eyes. They can be worn indoors and automatically adapt when exposed to natural light.

Transitions SOLFX performance sun lenses are built for outdoor activities and help enhance visual performance by automatically adjusting to the optimum shade based on the natural light conditions.

Contact Lens

All patients must have a valid contact lens prescription to make an order. The contact lenses are available for patients at whole sale cost and each order must be paid in full before it is placed.

On Wednesdays the office places the orders, but you can pay on any day of the week. Money orders or cashier checks are the only form of payment that is accepted. Call the office for the total amount before you send in your payment or come by the office.

For emergence situation and low on funds, we can make you an order for a single pair of contact lens (not available with astigmatism lens).
