Description:
The Comanche Nation Gaming Board of Directors seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst with proven leadership in centralizing and managing all financial and accounting functions of the casinos, including cash management, the treasury function, revenue and expense analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other financial functions designated by the Board. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing goals, policies, procedures and appropriate software systems for these functions.
Candidates will support the performance goals and objectives set by the Board, and should have the capability and experience to provide leadership to work with and develop personnel that support the overall mission of gaming operations. The Sr. Financial Analyst will report directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
A CPA or CMA and a bachelor’s degree in business finance, accounting, or related field is preferred. A combination of education and a minimum of 7-10 years in casino accounting management experience with at least 5 years in upper level management positions will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
A minimum of at least five years experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst. The candidate must have experience in managing financial functions and reporting for governmental entities. Experience in Tribal Class II and III (Oklahoma compact) gaming is preferred.
Additional Information :
Must be a U.S. citizen or individual authorized to work in the United States.
Must qualify for and maintain a Gaming License from the Comanche Nation Gaming Commission. Must undergo a background check for the licensing.
