Responsibilities:

The Comanche Nation Gaming Board of Directors seeks an Operations Manager to supervise department supervisors in their day-to-day activities at one of their casinos.  Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; authorizing certain casino purchases and interacting with casino vendors on a day to day basis.

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
College Degree or Minimum 5 years Casino experience
Management Experience preferred
Must be able to work all shifts/days of week and holidays.  Performs duties in a well, lighted, ventilated and temperature controlled office.  Regular walking long distances required.  Direct contact with Casino General Manager and department supervisors on a daily basis.
