Responsibilities:

The Comanche Nation Gaming Board of Directors seeks a Human Resources Manager to perform a variety of administrative duties and tasks.  Enforce the policies and procedures of Comanche Nation Gaming Casino.  Administer benefits, adverse action, disciplinary actions, maintains personnel files and evaluations for each employee.  Maintain confidentiality.  Handle complaints promptly and appropriately.  Assist supervisors and employees. 

Requirements:

A four year college degree or a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of management experience in the Human Resources department.
Must be able to pass a background investigation, obtain & maintain a gaming license.
