Eyeglasses/Contacts
We also assist Comanche tribal members with $50.00 toward the purchase of eyeglasses or contacts. We need a current prescription for eyeglasses and/or contacts and CDIB. We provide assistance once a year. We have a vision station located in our office and a large selection of frames to choose from. We also have a student program for children. We offer a single vision, complete frame and lens package for a low cost. The program does not provide for any eyeglasses or contact exam.

The Prescription Assistance Program also provides assistance for dentures, hearing aids, and ensure supplements for clients who present a prescription or a letter of medical necessity from a physician.
We also have the following items by prescription and/or letter of medical necessity:
• Ensure supplement for clients who are nutritionally impaired.
• Adult Diapers, with tabs or pull ups, are available.
• Bed pads
• Dressing supplies
• Nebulizers
• Lice Cure with a comb is available upon request. A CDIB is required.
