With commitment of preserving our language, we consider language a gift that has to be strengthen by use. The secret of native-like pronunciation lies in the way adults and children hear the sound of native speech. Just like any language, the Comanche language has it's own distinctive speech sounds. Our program seeks Comanche speakers that can contribute their knowledge in culture and language. We record Comanche speakers to enhance our adult learners as well as our children. Recordings along with written materials are available at our office for enrolled tribal members.
