Comanche Nation Child Care Program
The Comanche Nation Child Care Program provides federal funds to assist low-income families in accessing quality childcare. The mission of the childcare program is to increase affordability and availability of childcare for Comanche children.
The program provides services to Tribal members in Comanche, Cotton, Caddo, Kiowa, and Tillman counties ONLY. Approved applications will be required to pay a fair share of their monthly childcare costs. The Comanche CCDF program is based on income eligibility-family composition and utilized a sliding fee scale for childcare payments
REMINDER: The Comanche Nation Childcare Program will only carry clients for 24 months of service - no longer (no exceptions).
Qualifications for Child Care:
• CDIB Card for Comanche children
• Social Security Cards (for all household members)
• Birth Certificates (for all household members)
• Copy of CPR & First Aid Card (if in-home provider)
• Emergency phone numbers (relative or neighbor)
• List of ALL employment (pay stubs-last two months)
• List of all social security or disability benefits
• Evidence of enrollment in an educational program (schedule of enrollment)
• Evidence of child support of alimony payments
• Proof of residence (lease or utility bill)
• Immunization records
• Consent to release information
