REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The Comanche Nation is receiving proposals for services to be accomplished during the Comanche Nation Fair September, 2016.  The Nation is in need of the following wservices:

Parking attendant/s

Location of Event:  The Comanche Nation Fair will be held at the tribal complex located on Bingo Road North of Highway 49 and West of I-44

Date of Event:  The Comanche Nation Fair will be held on Sept 30 till Oct 2, 2016

Scope of Contracted Service:  Under the direction of the Comanche Nation Police the parking attendants will direct the event parking during the Friday, Saturday and Sunday activity.  Activities begin noon on Friday  and end at 2200 hours.  Saturday and Sunday events begin at 0800 and end at 2200 hours. Parking Attendants will direct the orderly parking by  fair participated in the disignated location at the tribal complex following the guyidance of the Comanche Nation Fair Board as directed by the Law Enforcement Staff.

•    This solicitation is for the management of the parking activity during the fair as a service no individual parking attendants.
•    The parking entity will provide the necessary manpower to meet the scope of work for the period of time required.
•    The Comanche Nation will provide rope, stations, and barricades to define the parking areas.  Event parking will be on the north end of the tribal complex with the access point at the north end of Bingo Road.
•    The parking attendants are responsible for the feeding, refreshments, and breaks of their staff and will assure parking attendants have adequate flashlights to assure safe operations in the hours of the darkness.
•    Dress of parking staff will be uniform, identifiable to the general public.  Jackets or raingear are the responsibility of the contacted parking staff.
•    All traffic violation, disrespectful conduct, and unauthorized activities of the general public will also be made known to the Law Enforcement staff for proper corrective measures.  
•    Any conflict with the general public will be immediately made known to the Law Enforcement staff to bring about resolution and if necessary the removal of unwanted guest.
Considerations:  The proposal will be awarded on the consideration of the ability to meet the established criteria, need of the Comanche Nation Fair activity, as well as the prospected cost associated.
